Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Lili Patches, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible standard products.

Please note:

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • It may be used once per product and once per order
  • It applies only to purchases made on www.lilipatches.com
  • It does not apply to retail partner purchases, wholesale orders, or subscription orders

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it before your next billing date through your customer account.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded.

To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the link in your original confirmation email or log into your account.

Faulty, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully prepare every order. However, if you receive an item that is:

  • defective
  • incomplete
  • incorrect

Please contact us at info@lilipatches.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a clear photo of the item(s) received

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 25 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@lilipatches.com.

Orders placed by mistake may not qualify for free returns. Each request is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
